WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?


Once your package is shipped, we have no access to your package. If there is an issue with your package, please contact UPS with your tracking number provided via email and/or text, they’ll be able to assist you.

RETURNED ORDER PACKAGES:


 If your item is returned to IndiaKBeauty for any reason, you will be issued a refund minus shipping costs

ADDRESS CHANGE:

The customer is responsible for ensuring we have the correct shipping address to process your order. When placing your order, be sure to enter your complete and correct address, including apartment, suite, and unit numbers. We do not recommend using PO box shipping address due to possible shipping restrictions. If you need to update your shipping address, email (Indiakbeauty.wecare@gmail.com) immediately. Address changes are not guaranteed. If your order is shipped prior to your address being updated, it is your (the customer’s) responsibility to contact the shipping carrier to update your shipping address and or reroute the order package.

LOST or STOLEN PACKAGE?

If any package is Lost or stolen we’re NOT responsible. At checkout signature upon delivery has been added to ensure the package is delivered to you directly. You are liable to file a claim with USPS for Lost or stolen packages.


MY PACKAGE SAYS DELIVERED BUT ITS NOT IN MY POSSESSION:

If your package says “Delivered” but it’s not in your possession contact USPS to file a claim that your package hasn’t arrived despite that it’s saying delivered. All packages have insurance & USPS will send a check to replace missing items.


RETURNS/EXCHANGES + REFUNDS:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are ZERO REFUNDS! This being skin care line, we DO NOT accept returns/exchanges due to the nature of our products & for sanitary purposes. Please email us if you have any questions or concerns.
