Shipping policy:

All orders will be shipped within 5-10 business days of purchasing, (this excludes weekends and holidays). Please note that our products are handmade to order & may take 3-4 business days for processing time.

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please allow 1-2 business days for your tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Once your package is shipped, we have no access to your package. If there is an issue with your package, please contact USP with your tracking number provided via email and/or text, they’ll be able to assist you.

Address change:

The customer is responsible for ensuring we have the correct shipping address to process your order. When placing your order, be sure to enter your complete and correct address, including apartment, suite, and unit numbers. We do not recommend using PO box shipping address due to possible shipping restrictions. If you need to update your shipping address, email (IndiakBeauty.Wecare@gmail.com) immediately. Address changes are not guaranteed. If your order is shipped prior to your address being updated, it is your (the customer’s) responsibility to contact the shipping carrier to update your shipping address and or reroute the order package. 

Refund policy:

NO order cancellations after 24 HOURS of purchase.

We DO NOT accept returns/exchanges due to the nature of our products & for sanitary purposes. Please email us if you have any questions or concerns.
